Reservation Policy

All Childrens are welcome All children’s above 2 years are charged Rs. 1000/-+GST per night for extra bed.
All further older children’s & Adults are charged Rs.1000/- +GST per night for extra bed.
The maximum number of extra beds in Property can be 4.
Pets are not allowed.
NO early check-in will be allowed before 10 a.m. or late check-out after 2 p.m. Early check-in and late check-out are dependent on availability and prior written approval from the Owner. Otherwise, a full-day charge will be levied for all early check-in and late-departure rooms.
Goa Holiday Home shall not be responsible for the cars of resident/visiting guests or for any loss or damage caused to them while they are parked in the parking premises. Goa Holiday Home is not responsible for handling the guest cars, driver’s/maid's food and accommodation and does not provide valet parking.
Guests are prohibited from using/carrying Paan/Beedi/Gutka inside the premises. If found carrying/using these items, management reserves the right to take action, which may be up to a level of immediate check-out from the property for such guests.
In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking against advance, refund of the deposit will not be applicable and Goa Holiday Home reserves the right to retain the deposit.
As per the income tax regulations for all payments above Rs.20000/- the Guest must be mention permanent account number. Please note that in case of any changes in taxes levied by the government, the new taxes will be applicable for your function.
The Owner of Goa Holiday Home reserves the right of admission/entry into the hotel and reserves the right to remove persons not conducting themselves properly and appropriately. The customer will be responsible for the orderly conduct & ensure there is no breach of the Law.
Goa Holiday Home assumes no responsibility for personal items (such as cars, jewelry, money, credit cards, debit cards, mobile phones, laptops, watches, glasses, purses, PDAs, etc.) that are lost or damaged during your stay.
As per Noise Pollution (regulation & control) rule, music will not be allowed in any of the public place after 10 p.m. No live/recorded or DJ performance is allowed in the premises.
“Prohibition of Smoking in Public Places Rules 2008” came into effect on October 2, 2008. In view thereof, effective October 2, 2008, smoking in all public areas in Goa is prohibited Arms and ammunition are not allowed at our premises.
Photo ID is required for all guests staying in our Premises, including guests sharing the same room.
Guests are requested to support the water conservation measures taken by Goa Authority to support the environment.
The Property is situated in a green zone of the region and believes in energy conservation. Guests are requested to support the energy conservation measures taken by us to support the environment.
The property also supports "Swach Bharat Abhiyan." All guests are requested to not litter waste and to use dustbins provided in all areas of the property to throw any waste/garbage.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or Alteration in bookings is entertained. But prior information is required at least 30 days before your Check-In date. Kindly also refer our Reservation/Cancellation or Amendment Policy.

Note : Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible efforts to waive/minimize the cancellation charges.

Amendment Policy

Amendments will be treated as cancellation.

In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 5.7% as payment processing charges.
